Job Description

Finance Manager Scottsdale , AZ Contract Finance $60/HR to $70/HR 06/12/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $70.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions by analyzing historical results cash flow and overall financial health. Support valuation modeling deal structuring and scenario analysis to inform transaction decisions. Partner with internal teams and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle to ensure successful execution. Develop integration plans and oversee post close activities to align acquired entities with financial processes. Monitor post transaction performance and report variances while identifying opportunities for improved value creation.
Requirements:
Hold a bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field. Bring experience supporting acquisition activities financial analysis and transaction processes. Demonstrate strong skills in financial modeling valuation and analytical assessment. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with leadership and external partners. Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Prepare executive level materials including financial models reports and presentations for leadership review. Support integration of acquired entities into financial systems reporting and control environments. Apply analytical thinking to evaluate risks synergies and opportunities tied to business transactions. Contribute to process improvements by enhancing tools templates and financial methodologies.
