Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and operational finance activities. This role will partner closely with leadership to drive forecasting, improve financial visibility, and support decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact position offering a blend of FP&A, financial reporting, and business partnership responsibilities. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics Deliver variance analysis, KPI tracking, and actionable business insights to leadership Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls Support audit processes, reporting requirements, and financial close activities Oversee or support accounts receivable, working capital management, and cash flow planning Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and system enhancements within finance Utilize ERP and planning tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders Lead, mentor, or collaborate with finance team members to ensure high-quality output Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7-10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance roles Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis Experience working with GAAP (IFRS exposure is a plus) Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and financial planning tools Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership Experience working in multi-entity or complex environments preferred CPA, MBA, or other relevant certification is a plus Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
