Job Description

Accounting and Finance Manager Los Angeles County , CA Direct Hire Finance $100K to $130K 04/29/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare daily journal entries maintain checking account activity and support accurate general ledger reporting. Produce monthly quarterly and annual financial statements for assigned entities and explain budget and period variances. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing annual budgets and assisting with financial projections. Reconcile accounts across consolidated entities and support month end and year end close activities. Process expense reimbursements payroll reporting and other accounting tasks while serving as a liaison with third party providers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a related field. Bring prior accounting experience with working knowledge of accounting standards and reporting practices. Use accounting software and computer tools confidently with experience in bookkeeping platforms considered helpful. Work on site full time and manage responsibilities with reliability and consistency. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally while collaborating effectively with internal partners.
Qualifications:
Monitor property level financial activity review budgets and flag variances for management awareness. Maintain organized records for leases contracts vendors and insurance documentation. Process vendor invoices manage payment timelines and support vendor relationships and renewals. Demonstrate strong organization attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Exhibit flexibility teamwork and a collaborative approach while transitioning property related tasks over time. REF#52188 #LI-DD1
