Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting and administrative operations while providing support across all departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, certified payroll, and general office management, along with strong communication and customer service skills. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of the office.
Duties:
Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with applicable requirements Manage accounts receivable by processing credit card, ACH, and check payments and applying them to the appropriate accounts Handle accounts payable functions, including daily bill entry and check preparation Maintain and organize employee records, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable files Enter company credit card purchases Create and manage work orders to support daily operations Provide administrative and operational support as needed to ensure efficient office workflow and overall organization

Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
