Salary:
$115,000 – $140,000 Overview of the
Finance Manager Role:
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership Partner cross-functionally with operations and department leaders to drive performance and accountability Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages Support month-end close by collaborating with accounting and ensuring alignment with forecasts Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis Improve and streamline reporting processes, tools, and systems Assist with cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications for the
Finance Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams #
