We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Business Intelligence, AI & Revenue Systems to lead our data-driven initiatives and innovative technology strategies. This pivotal role involves overseeing the development and deployment of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and revenue management systems that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. We are looking for someone who can become the architect of our internal operating system by connecting data, creating accountability, automating reporting, implementing AI tools, and helping leadership make better decisions!

Key areas of responsibility include:

Executive dashboards and KPI reporting Department-level dashboards and accountability systems AI implementation and automation Revenue forecasting and business intelligence Sales funnel tracking and reporting Homeowner acquisition dashboards Lead scoring and weighting models Automated sequencing and nurturing workflows Marketing attribution and ROI reporting Guest experience analytics Operational performance monitoring Data warehouse and reporting infrastructure Systems required to work with include: Guesty PMS Cloudbeds Airbnb VRBO PriceLabs QuickBooks StayFi CRM platforms Google Workspace Website analytics Reservation systems Marketing platforms Future hotel and hospitality assets This role will be responsible for building dashboards and intelligence systems for every department, including: Executive Leadership Sales Homeowner Acquisition Reservations Revenue Management Marketing Guest Experience Housekeeping Maintenance Property Onboarding Accounting Drive Awhile Future Acquisitions Requirements Proven experience leading enterprise-level BI, AI, or revenue systems with a strong understanding of system design and application development. Extensive knowledge of database management systems including Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms Deep understanding of SQL API integrations AI tools and workflow automation Data architecture Hospitality, travel, vacation rental, hotel, or real estate experience (preferred) Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams using Agile project management methodologies; outstanding communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels. •If qualified, you will be asked to complete a paid project where you will build a dashboard using sample exports from Guesty, Cloudbeds, QuickBooks, and/or our existing systems.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
