Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager We're seeking a hands-on FP&A Assistant Manager to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across multiple business units. This role partners closely with headquarters and subsidiary teams to analyze financial performance, prepare forecasts, support month-end and year-end close activities, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to create recurring and ad hoc reports. Maintain financial databases and reporting tools to support forecasting and trend analysis. Monitor performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations. Coordinate annual budgeting processes between headquarters and subsidiary locations. Develop monthly and annual sales forecasts and track results against targets. Assist with period-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Serve as the primary financial liaison between corporate leadership and subsidiary teams. Deliver management reports and business insights to support planning and operational improvements. Participate in special projects and other corporate planning initiatives as needed. QualificationsContinue Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Advanced analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
