This position is responsible for financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, budgeting, cash flow management, and accounting activities across multiple properties and entities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional with strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills who can work closely with ownership and management to support the company's financial success and continued growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations Manage month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and financial reviews Supervise and support accounting staff Manage accounting activities for multiple properties and business entities Work closely with property managers and ownership on financial planning and reporting Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes required Prior management or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or related industries is preferred but not required Experience with accounting software such as MRI, Yardi, AppFolio, QuickBooks, or similar platforms preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications CPA license is a plus, but not required Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions Language English (Required) Korean (Preferred) Benefits Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Sick Leave Company-Provided Lunch Friendly and Team-Oriented Work Environment Stable Full-Time Position Opportunity to Work Directly with
