Job Description:
Accounting Manager•$90K•110K | Growing Organization A rapidly expanding organization in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join its team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-growth environment and step into a key leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger and month-end close Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Manage and maintain inventory accounting processes Supervise and mentor a small accounting team Ensure accuracy of financial data and support ongoing process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of accounting experience (or 10+ years without a degree) Strong experience with general ledger, month-end close, and inventory accounting Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop preferred) and strong Excel skills Prior experience overseeing staff is preferred
