Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with strong NetSuite expertise to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead the monthly close process. This role will manage the general ledger, financial reporting, internal controls, and a small accounting team while partnering with leadership to improve processes and support business growth. Responsibilities Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process. Oversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and staff accountants. Maintain and optimize NetSuite ERP, including reporting and process improvements. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls. Prepare cash flow reports, budgets, and variance analyses. Coordinate annual audits and assist with tax filings. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Mentor and develop accounting staff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Hands-on NetSuite experience required. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP implementations or system enhancements is a plus.
