Automotive Finance Manager

Putnam Kia is looking for an experienced automotive Finance Manager for our Kia dealership. We require a strong work ethic, but our compensation opportunity is much higher than most other dealerships and our long-term employee retention is unrivaled. Automotive Finance Managers help our customers arrange the financing of their Kia purchase and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. Automotive Finance Managers are proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability. Fully proficient with California title and registration laws Must be self-motivated Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines (DMV, BAR, Truth in Lending, FTC Safeguards, OFAC/Red Flags) Prepares paperwork and contracts and walks customers through signing Must be people-oriented Coordinates paperwork processing with the business office If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn unlimited income, and want to build a career as an automotive Finance Manager working with Kia's award-winning lineup, we look forward to talking with you.
