Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Manage payroll every 2 weeks and calculate commission every month. Manage quarterly sales tax for CA, and yearly sales tax for other states. Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy. Perform journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities. Support auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient financial management. Experience The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field in the U.S. Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) Proficient in accounting softwares. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities Reliable and consistent work schedule with the ability to meet deadlines
