Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure robust fiscal management. The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, supporting the company's growth objectives. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis to drive informed decision-making and maintain financial integrity. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. Oversee corporate accounting functions such as general ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation. Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk assessment. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Lead financial reporting efforts by interpreting financial statements, preparing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy in profit & loss statements. Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain optimal working capital levels. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development initiatives and strategic planning projects. Oversee audit processes and ensure adherence to regulatory reporting standards. Utilize financial software for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate records within the general ledger. Knowledge of Salesforce and Sage software. Skills Proven expertise in corporate finance, cost accounting, risk management, and treasury management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively. Proficiency in financial software applications relevant to large-scale accounting operations. Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing finance teams. Deep understanding of governmental accounting practices where applicable. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Experience in public accounting or technical accounting is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that support organizational growth while maintaining compliance.
