This position will be responsible for daily financial operations, accounting management, and improving financial processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting and financial operations Review company expenses, payments, and reimbursement processes Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Prepare financial reports and monthly/annual financial analysis Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Support tax preparation and compliance requirements Improve and maintain financial procedures and internal controls Coordinate with banks, accountants, tax advisors, and external partners Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3+ years of accounting or finance experience Knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and GAAP preferred Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in logistics, warehouse, or trading industry is a plus Bilingual Chinese/English preferred
