Full-time Summary:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of team members engaged in calculating, posting, and verifying financial information for recording in the general ledger. Oversee revenue audit, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, payroll and all other tasks assigned.

Managerial Duties:

Planning, Hiring Team Development, Author, Maintain, and Update Department, Title31 Policies and Risk Assessment, Coordinate with other Management and Tribal Stakeholders, Generate Periodic Reports for CFO and GM, Attends and participates in required meetings, Assigns and monitors departmental obligations, ensures that periodic deliverables are met (Closures, Audits, Statements, General Ledger, Inventory etc.)

Accounting Duties:

Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Receiving, General Ledger, Inventory Control, Fixed Asset Inventory, Revenue Audit (Gaming), Revenue Audit (Non-Gaming), Preparation and submission of 401k Contributions, W2

G, Deductions, Payroll Taxes and Garnishments Minimum Qualifications:

• AS in accounting
• 3-5 years accounting experience
• Previous casino experience preferred
• Proficient in: MS Office specifically Excel
• The use of Sage
• Mass 100 preferred

Supervises:

AP Clerk, Revenue Auditors, AML Compliance Officer, Payroll Clerk, Purchasing Clerk Reports to:
