Finance & Administration Manager Corona, CA $75,000 - $95,000 + Performance Bonus Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are seeking a high-level Finance & Administration Manager to act as the operational backbone of our company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to take ownership of both financial and administrative functions. You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in building structure, improving processes, and driving financial clarity across the business. This is not a corporate role — this is a hands-on leadership position for someone who wants to help build and scale a company. Key Responsibilities Financial Management Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and accuracy of books Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial reports to ownership Coordinate with CPA, tax professionals, and external advisors Monitor margins, expenses, and profitability drivers HR & Administration Oversee HR functions including hiring coordination, onboarding, and compliance Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records Ensure compliance with California labor laws and internal policies Handle insurance, vendor relationships, and administrative operations Operations & Process Improvement Build and implement systems, workflows, and internal controls Identify inefficiencies and drive operational improvements Support leadership in strategic planning and execution Assist in implementation and management of systems (CRM, accounting, etc.) What We're Looking For Required 5+ years experience in accounting, finance, or operations Experience in a small to mid-sized business ($3M-$20M revenue range) Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow management Experience overseeing HR or administrative functions Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Background as an Accounting Manager, Controller, or Finance Manager Experience cleaning up or improving a disorganized environment Familiarity with systems like QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar platforms Ability to build processes, not just follow them Who You Are A problem solver who takes ownership Comfortable operating without heavy structure Able to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution Strong communicator who can work directly with ownership Someone who wants to grow with a company long-term Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience) Performance-based bonus tied to company results and execution Opportunity for growth into senior leadership (Controller / Director level) Direct access to ownership and decision-making Why Join Us You will have a real impact on the business Opportunity to build systems and shape the company's future Work directly with experienced leadership Fast-paced environment with room to grow How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note outlining: Your experience managing finances in a growing company A situation where you improved processes or cleaned up operations
