Acura of Los Angeles Westside is under new ownership and expanding, and we are seeking qualified, motivated, and exceptional individuals to join our team as Finance Managers. As a Finance Manager, you play a vital role in our dealership, responsible for generating additional revenue through the sale of finance and insurance programs, extended warranties, and aftermarket products for new and used cars.   • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain sustainable dealership production levels as defined by the General Manager and Senior Leadership.
Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance. Uphold superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture. Ensure compliance in the F & I department. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods. Set objectives for achieving sales and gross profits. Foster productive relationships throughout various dealership departments including F&I, accounting, service, and parts. Promote CSI throughout the dealership as a top priority. Maintain positive and ethical working relationships with employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers. Analyze information and evaluate alternatives to resolve issues and make timely decisions. Sell all tangible/in-tangible back-end products using a menu (Service Contracts, GAP, Paint/Fabric Sealants). Manage Contracts in Transit on a daily basis. Pay attention to detail and collect all stipulations associated with a credit file. Oversee transactions from inception to completion, including lead inquiry, vehicle delivery, and loan funding. Demonstrate patience and professionalism when working with credit-challenged clientele.
  • Qualifications:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Individual should possess:
Bilingual Spanish preferred. Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred. At least three (3) years of sales experience. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent customer service, organizational, negotiation/closing, and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Experience with various Automotive systems such as DealertrackDMS, Dealertrack F & I, AutoAlertCXM, Vauto. Consistent and stable work history. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Must have and maintain an excellent driving record. All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen. A valid driver?s license and acceptable driving record. Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings.

Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, and kneel continually, frequently, and throughout the day. Pick-up, lift, and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds.
