Retail Finance PART Manager

We are seeking a professional with experience in program management to drive process and data initiatives across the Retail Finance team! This role will focus on financial optimization through process, data, and technology solutions. Responsibilities will range from owning strategic planning and data governance initiatives down to supporting individual project requests. This role will be accountable for the delivery of high-profile outcomes across a complex organizational structure. Success includes partnering and influencing throughout the organization including Finance, Retail Sales, and Operations teams. You should have deep project management experience and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment. You have a strong analytical background, with previous experience in business process and an ability to evaluate, analyze, and solution. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve manual deliverables.

You'll build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. You are passionate about new technologies and teaching those around you. The ideal candidate should have experience managing global technical projects that interweave across multiple functional teams with the commercial knowledge of a business team supporting Retail Finance. The position will require the ability to: complete business process analysis, drive complex data analysis, and develop data strategies and governance frameworks. You should be able to leverage your strong verbal skills to articulate priorities, trade offs, and explain technical concepts in business context to senior leaders.\
