Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make a meaningful impact? LHH is partnering with a well-established, large non-profit organization in San Francisco that is dedicated to serving the community and driving real change. They are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting the organization's financial health and mission.Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger activities, month-end close, and financial reporting Oversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, and account reconciliations Ensure compliance with GAAP and non-profit accounting standards Prepare reports for leadership, audits, and grant tracking Partner cross-functionally with program and executive teams Assist with process improvements and system enhancementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (non-profit experience strongly preferred) Prior supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of GAAP; fund accounting experience is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Nice toHave:
Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin (highly valued for community engagement) Why This Opportunity?
