Accounts Payable Management:

Oversee the entire AP process, including collecting vendor invoices, entering data into QuickBooks, and managing payments.

Regular Reporting:

Produce weekly accounts payable reports and maintain QuickBooks accuracy to inform leadership of financial status.

Accounts Receivable Oversight:

Generate client invoices using TimeSlips, send them out, and follow up on collections professionally.

Banking and Deposits:

Manage routine bank deposits and maintain relationships with banking partners. Process occasional physical checks using the firm's on-site deposit scanner (most payments are electronic).

Client Communication:

Handle payment-related communications with clients, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness. What we're looking for:

QuickBooks Proficiency:

Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks for billing, payables, and reporting.

AR/AP Experience:

Hands-on experience in managing both accounts payable and receivable within a small business.

Professional Communication:

Strong ability to communicate courteously with clients and vendors regarding financial issues.

Responsiveness and Timeliness:

High degree of accuracy and reliability in managing financial data and meeting deadlines.

Team Fit:

Alignment with the firm's respectful and collaborative culture, including the ability to work closely with leadership.

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
