We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financing and leasing processes associated with vehicle sales. The Automotive Finance Manager will work closely with customers to ensure a smooth finance transaction and will collaborate with sales teams and financial institutions to deliver excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financing and leasing processes for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to discuss customer's financing needs and offer tailored financial products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing terms for customers.
- Review and cut down on dealership paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial and sales-related documents.
- Evaluate customer credit reports and provide suitable finance options.
- Educate customers on various financing and leasing products available, ensuring full transparency on terms and conditions.
- Handle legal documents, insurance contracts, and purchase agreements related to vehicle finance.
- Hit key objectives by following sales processes and interacting with potential customers both over the phone and in-person.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior finance and sales staff as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or a similar role in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financing products and financial institutions.
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to automotive finance.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field is preferred.
