| High-Volume Store | Income Potential $180,000-$250,000+ Escondido, California Mercedes-Benz of Escondido is seeking a proven, high-performance F&I Manager capable of executing at an elite level inside a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This is not an entry-level role. We are hiring an experienced operator who understands luxury clientele, compliance discipline, and high-volume deal flow while protecting gross and delivering a first-class customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred (other luxury brands considered) Minimum 3+ years as an Automotive F&I Manager in a dealership environment Luxury automotive experience

REQUIRED

Proven success in high-volume production environments Strong lender relationships and funding discipline Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance, menu presentation integrity, and deal structure accuracy Track record of high product penetration and customer satisfaction

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute professional F&I delivery for all retail and lease transactions Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and OEM financial regulations Present protection products using a structured luxury-level menu process Work closely with sales leadership to maximize deal profitability while preserving customer experience Ensure funding accuracy, CIT control, and contract quality Support dealership performance objectives for finance income and customer retention
