  • from AP/AR and job cost tracking to WIP, compliance, and cash flow visibility
  • directly protects CRC's margin integrity, cash position, and the reliability of every financial decision leadership makes. Clean books, accurate job cost, and a locked monthly close aren't accounting functions
  • they are the operational foundation that determines whether CRC hits its revenue, profitability, and growth targets. CRC Builders is a California licensed luxury general contractor that guides visionaries through the process of building custom estates, wineries, and tasting rooms
  • spaces that reflect who they are and what they've built their lives around. Grounded in our core values of Humble Badassery, Ascendance, Relentless Tenacity, and Passion to Deliver, we don't just construct buildings
  • we advocate for our clients from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring every decision made is the right one for their vision, their family, and their future. 1. Monthly Close by the 10th Accurate, on-time financials give leadership the data needed to guide clients and projects with confidence
  • you can't advocate for a visionary's budget if your own numbers are three weeks late. 2. Job Cost Tracking & WIP Accuracy Real-time budget-to-actual visibility on every active project is what separates a trusted guide from a contractor who delivers surprises at closeout
  • this directly protects the client relationship and CRC's margin. 3. AP/AR Cycle & Cash Flow Visibility Disciplined collections and a 13-week cash view keep CRC financially stable enough to deliver on every commitment made to every client
  • relentless tenacity means nothing if the company can't make payroll on a tough month. 4. Subcontractor Compliance & Lien Waiver Tracking Clean compliance on every subcontract protects the client's property, CRC's license, and the integrity of the build
  • this is the unglamorous work that makes the "guardian and advocate" promise a real one. Salary $72k
  • $80k with 5 days PTO & 5 days Sick leave & 401k HARP
  • four core values that govern every hire we make, every client we take on, and every decision we face when the answer isn't obvious. Humble Badass. We back up everything we say with everything we do. Confidence without arrogance, precision without ego
  • we represent our abilities honestly and then exceed them every time.
Ascendant. We are never the finished product. We invest in technology, process, and people because mediocrity is not a destination we're willing to reach. Every project, every year, we are better than we were. Relentless Tenacity. We don't quit on a project, a client, or a problem. When the path forward isn't clear, we make one. Our clients hire us to be their advocate and guardian through the entire build
  • and we take that seriously. Passion to Deliver. The moment a client walks into a finished space and it takes their breath away
  • that's why we're here.
Quality isn't a checkbox for us. It's the standard we hold ourselves to on every single detail, from the estimate to the final walkthrough. If these values sound like yours, you'll fit here. If they don't, this probably isn't your seat.
