SALARY RANGE
$123,760 to $151,257.60 annually About CommuniCare+OLE Established in 2023, CommuniCare+OLE is the result of a union of two health centers with deep roots in their respective communities and reputations for providing high-quality primary care to all, regardless of insurance or ability to pay: OLE Health of Napa and Solano Counties and CommuniCare Health Centers of Yolo County. Building on a legacy established by both organizations in 1972, CommuniCare+OLE is a network of federally-qualified health centers with 17 sites across Napa, Solano, and Yolo Counties. It offers comprehensive care, including medical, dental, behavioral health and substance use treatment, nutrition, optometry, pharmacy, care coordination, referrals, and enrollment assistance to more than 70,000 individuals, and no one is turned away due to lack of insurance, immigration status, or ability to pay. Many services are offered outside of its sites, including mobile health, home visiting, and community and school-based programs.

JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is a highly collaborative role that will utilize both quantitative and qualitative analysis of all operational aspects of the company to evaluate progress toward achieving financial goals and mapping out future plans. The FP&A Manager will be familiar with researching economic and business trends, reviewing past company performance and attempting to anticipate obstacles and potential problems while forecasting for future financial results. MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/TRAINING Education:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Experience/Lived Experience:
5+ years of business experience in FP&A/corporate finance/analytics-focused role Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid as well as federally qualified health centers, preferred
Special Skills/Training:
Ability to read and analyze financial statements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Serve as a finance business partner across all levels of the organization and provide thought leadership to help drive both short-term and long-term strategic initiatives. 2. Maintain data integrity. 3. Assist in the development and execution of the financial budgets for the Company. 4. Build and maintain forecasting models 5. Perform analytics to support commercial planning, business development, and strategic planning activities 6. Collaborate on high exposure initiatives 7. Develop and monitor key performance metrics 8. Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities, and issues within the US healthcare system 9. Assist with preparation of
UDS, OSHPD, PPS
reconciliations, and Medicare and Medi-Cal cost reporting 10. Performs other duties as assigned.
