POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for producing revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used car customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide every guest with the same product presentation. Deal funding in 3 days or less Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealership's best interests as a whole Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service (CSI). Must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws. Consistently maintain three products per transaction Maintain back-end PVRs above regional and franchise averages Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced degree, preferred Proven experience in a finance and insurance role in an active automotive dealership Proven experience managing profitability and customer satisfaction Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deal with customers Strong computer skills Reynolds, vAuto, Route One, and Dealer Socket are a plus Maintain a professional relationship with lenders and vendors Strong math skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Will stand and move throughout the dealership facility (lot, showroom, service department, offices) for most of the shift. Evening, holiday and weekend work hours will be required. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the environment is loud.
