This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting professional who excels in general ledger management , month‑end close , and team oversight . The Accounting Manager will work closely with senior leadership, providing reliable financial information, improving processes, and maintaining strong internal controls. Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes with accuracy and timeliness Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring high performance and accuracy Collaborate with leadership on financial questions, cost analysis, and operational improvements Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and external reporting Accounting Manager Requirements 5 years of manufacturing experience.
