Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$100,000 – $115,000 Comprehensive benefits package plus bonus Emphasis on work/life balance Company events, outings, and holiday celebrations Long-term career growth opportunities Overview of the Accounting Manager role: Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements Partner with external auditors and internal teams during audits and financial reviews Evaluate, enhance, and maintain internal controls, while driving process improvements and efficiencies Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Provide mentorship and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Proven ability to improve processes and work cross-functionally #
