Job Description
We are Car Dealership with 200+ Cars. We are looking for a Finance manager/ Sales Manager. We support growth opportunity within our company so the opportunities is endless. We are always priced the most competitive in the market and need extra help selling the cars. We offer Draw/ Base + Commission and can earn $5K
- 20K/ Month.
Responsibilities:
Run a team of 3-5 sales guys. Consistently Train, motivate, communicate and mentor the team. Help Customer sign up with different Financing Lenders we work with. Offer/ Sell Warranty, Gap and other backend products. Must be able to know how to finance thru one of our 10 Lenders and close the Deal.Qualifications:
- Must have strong work experience in a USED car Dealership.
- Valid Driver's license
- Valid Sales license
- Must have 5+ Years in Car Sales/ Financing
- Ability to complete assigned tasks
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Be prompt and punctual
- Detail Oriented
- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
- Professional appearance and work ethic
