Overview Join a dynamic and thriving automotive dealership as a Finance Manager, where your expertise will drive financial success and exceptional customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial aspects of the dealership, including loan processing, credit analysis, and contract management. Your energetic leadership will ensure seamless financing operations, foster strong customer relationships, and maximize profitability. Duties Lead the dealership's finance department by managing loan approvals, credit evaluations, and title processing to ensure efficient transaction flow. Collaborate with customers to present financing options, upsell additional products or services, and secure favorable terms through effective negotiation. Oversee loan officer activities, ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and accurate loan documentation. Maintain excellent customer relationships by providing transparent financial guidance and exceptional service throughout the sales process. Utilize financial software to process loans, analyze credit reports, and prepare contracts swiftly and accurately. Conduct credit analysis to assess risk and determine appropriate financing solutions aligned with dealership policies. Manage all aspects of deal paperwork including contracts, TILA disclosures, and title processing to ensure legal compliance and smooth closings. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership finance management with a strong background in loan processing and credit analysis. Familiarity with financial services, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools and financial software platforms. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of TILA regulations, title processing procedures, and contract management within the automotive industry. Strong math skills including basic math proficiency and 10-key typing accuracy for data entry tasks. Experience as a loan officer or in related roles such as credit analysis or deal structuring is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration. $40,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
