If you have a proven track record in automotive finance, strong lender relationships, and the ability to build trust with Spanish-speaking customers, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Structure and secure automotive financing through a network of lenders. Present and sell finance and protection products, including VSCs, GAP, maintenance plans, and ancillary products. Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and funding packages are accurate and compliant with federal and state regulations. Work closely with sales managers and lenders to maximize approvals and profitability. Build strong relationships with customers by providing clear financial guidance in both English and Spanish. Analyze credit applications and financial information to determine financing options. Negotiate financing terms and product offerings while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Monitor deal funding and resolve any lender stipulations promptly. Maintain compliance with TILA, OFAC, Red Flags, and dealership policies. Utilize dealership management systems and lender portals efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required. Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written). Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, and deal structure. Proven ability to achieve finance product penetration and profitability goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience with CDK, RouteOne, Dealertrack, or similar dealership software preferred.
