Full-Time About Us We are a fast-growing, modern dental practice focused on comprehensive care, cosmetic dentistry, and full arch implant treatment. We are a high-production office with a strong emphasis on patient experience, efficiency, and clinical excellence. We are seeking a high-level Dental Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager to take ownership of our billing department and drive collections, reduce AR, and optimize our insurance processes. Position Overview This is not a basic billing role. We are looking for someone who can own and manage the entire revenue cycle , identify inefficiencies, and implement systems that improve cash flow and insurance reimbursement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing dental billing at a high level. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of dental billing and insurance processing Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims Manage and reduce Accounts Receivable (AR), with a focus on aging >60 and >90 days Handle claim denials, appeals, and resubmissions Ensure accurate PPO breakdowns and fee schedule management Work closely with front office and treatment coordinators to maximize collections Generate and review weekly/monthly financial and billing reports Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and collections Train and supervise billing team members (if applicable) Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of dental billing experience (required) Strong knowledge of PPO insurance, downgrades, narratives, and claim attachments Experience managing AR and improving collection rates Proficiency in Dentrix (required) Experience with high-production or multi-specialty practices preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of systems and outcomes Compensation & Benefits Performance-based bonuses tied to collections and AR reduction Paid time off Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding practice What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership , not just follows tasks A problem-solver who can identify issues and fix them A leader who can build and improve systems Someone who understands that billing directly impacts the success of the practice How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience, including: Current or past AR metrics Experience with claim denials and appeals Systems or improvements you've implemented in prior roles
