Job Description:
The Platform Our client is an AmLaw 25 firm whose Los Angeles office handles work that reflects the full depth of the firm's global platform. The Corporate practice advises major public companies, financial institutions, and financial advisers on some of the largest and most complex transactions in the market, with a client base spanning financial services, technology, media, telecommunications, healthcare, and consumer and retail. The Role The group handles the full range of corporate transactional work, including public and private M&A, equity and debt securities offerings, IPOs, and general securities matters across domestic and cross-border contexts. The team is seeking a Corporate associate in the Class of 2021 to 2023 based in Los Angeles. Associates work directly with senior partners on high-profile matters and take on meaningful work. Qualifications Candidates should have BigLaw transactional experience in M&A, capital markets, or securities. A strong academic record and current placement at a peer firm or comparable platform is ideal. California bar admission or eligibility preferred.
