https://skift.com/2026/05/12/tiktok-go-travel-booking-social-media/ Role Overview Bmore Studio is hiring a Head of Travel Partnerships, Hotels & Attractions to lead our travel and hospitality partnership strategy. This role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with platform partners, hotels, attractions, DMOs, tourism organizations, and other travel-related partners. This is a senior builder role. The right person should be able to think strategically, open doors, manage senior stakeholder relationships, build a partnership pipeline, recruit and manage a team, and turn partner conversations into real activations, revenue opportunities, and measurable business growth. This role will report to CEO of Bmore Studio. Location Los Angeles or Baltimore preferred. This role may require regular travel for partner meetings, industry events, hotel visits, destination activations, and creator-related events.Compensation Expected total compensation:
$96,000- $144,000 annually, depending on experience, with potential bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead travel and hospitality partnership strategy
- Develop Bmore Studio's partnership strategy across hotels, attractions, destinations, DMOs, tourism organizations, and related travel partners.
- Identify priority markets, partner segments, and growth opportunities.
- Build a clear pipeline for new partnerships, activations, and revenue opportunities. 2. Manage platform and strategic partner relationships
- Maintain strong working relationships with TikTok GO and other platform or strategic partners.
- Understand platform priorities, program direction, and partner requirements.
- Translate platform opportunities into clear internal execution plans. 3. Build high-level hotel, attraction, and destination partnerships
- Develop senior relationships with high-end hotels, luxury hospitality groups, major attractions, destination marketing organizations, tourism groups, and strategic travel partners.
- Personally lead higher-level partnership conversations that can open access to premium hotels, destination partners, large-scale activations, and long-term strategic opportunities.
- Lead the partnership team in securing broader execution opportunities, including POI visits, Creator Led Events, hotel stays, destination activations, and other partner programs.
- Work with partners to connect creator content, travel discovery, visitor engagement, and booking-related outcomes. 4. Drive revenue growth and marketing activation
- Turn partner relationships into active campaigns, business opportunities, and measurable growth.
- Support marketing activations that connect creators, destinations, hotels, attractions, and TikTok GO opportunities.
- Work with leadership to define partnership goals, budgets, and expected outcomes. 5. Build and manage the partnership team
- Recruit, train, and manage partnership or business development team members as the business grows.
- Set clear ownership, pipeline expectations, and follow-up standards.
- Help the team scale outreach and execution across standard hotel, attraction, and destination opportunities while personally focusing on higher-level strategic relationships.
- Help build the operating system for partnership outreach, tracking, partner communication, and activation planning. 6. Coordinate execution across internal teams
- Work closely with creator operations, content, studio, and internal operations teams.
- Ensure partner opportunities are translated into clear creator coordination, event plans, content needs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track progress and communicate risks, blockers, and next steps to leadership. 7. Represent Bmore Studio externally
- Represent Bmore Studio in partner meetings, hospitality and tourism events, industry networking opportunities, and strategic conversations.
- Build trust with senior stakeholders across hotels, DMOs, attractions, tourism organizations, and platform partners.
