$130,000 - $200,000

Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Finance Manager is a key contributor to the company's financial planning and reporting processes, supporting monthly close activities, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis. This role partners closely with accounting, operations, and regional finance teams to provide actionable business insights, improve reporting processes, and support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with strong financial modeling capabilities and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis Lead monthly close activities, forecasting cycles, and annual budget processes, including consolidation and variance analysis Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership Prepare monthly reporting packages and key financial metrics for executive leadership review Develop and maintain complex financial models to support planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making Support annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning initiatives Reporting & Business Partnership Partner closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Collaborate with regional finance teams and department leaders to support business objectives and improve financial visibility Prepare financial presentations and materials for leadership and company meetings Communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders across the organization Process Improvement & Data Analysis Continuously improve, streamline, and automate forecasting and reporting processes Analyze and interpret large volumes of data from multiple systems and sources Identify opportunities for operational and financial efficiencies through data-driven insights Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Experience 4-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial reporting, or related finance functions Experience working with financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and enterprise reporting systems Prior experience supporting a supply chain organization is highly preferred Skills & Competencies Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work with large and complex datasets to drive business insight Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner across all levels of the organization Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and processes Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects and proactively drive process improvements Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
