Full-time, weekends required The Seat We've restructured. There is no traditional F&I department here anymore. Four desk managers run the floor — you desk your own deals and close your own paper. No split with a finance manager. No waiting on the box. No losing PVR to someone else's pen. You build the deal and you keep what you produce on the backend. If you know how to read a tier, structure a callback, and clear stips fast, you'll fund paper here that gets killed at other stores. What You'll Do Desk every deal from pencil to funded structure, callback, present Close your own backend: attach product, write the menu, sign the contract Work the full lender board to maximize approvals and PVR across every credit profile Lead and develop the sales floor pace, process, and gross Drive contract-to-funded inside the 10-day CIT window Report directly to the GSM and ownership with full transparency and full autonomy over your desk Compensation Structure Recoverable draw against commission Tiered percentage of front-end gross Tiered percentage of back-end gross F&I product penetration bonus (chargeback-adjusted) Monthly volume bonus tiers Desk bonus pool weighted 40% FE Gross / 40% BE Gross / 20% Units for qualifiers (25 funded deals or 15% of team gross) Threshold performance bonuses The pay plan is published.
