Job Description:
Accounting Manager - Overview The Accounting Manager leads day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role manages a small team, oversees AP/AR processes, maintains internal controls, and supports cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities Supervise and develop accounting staff Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, and reconciliations Manage month-end and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and sales tax reporting Support audits and financial reporting Analyze financial data and assist with budgeting and forecasting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of accounting experience, including leadership Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred Skills Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized Strong leadership and communication abilities Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
