This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-visibility role at the core of the business , partnering directly with leadership to build and optimize the financial operations of the management company. The Role We are seeking a hands-on, process-oriented Accounting Manager to lead corporate accounting for the firm's management company and GP entities . This is not a fund accounting role-this position is focused on owning the firm's financial engine , including corporate P&L, partner economics, and operational infrastructure. What You'll Do Own accounting for the management company and GP entities Manage corporate P&L, intercompany activity, and consolidations Oversee carried interest, bonus accruals, and partner capital accounting Lead expense allocations across corporate, funds, and investments Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls Deliver monthly reporting, budgeting, and cash flow insights Optimize systems (Yardi, Concur) and enhance reporting workflows Partner cross-functionally with investment, asset management, and operations teams Mentor and develop junior accounting staff What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience (Big 4 or similar strongly preferred) Background in private equity, real estate private equity, or investment management Experience with management company / GP accounting Exposure to carry, allocations, and partner compensation structures Strong systems/process mindset (Yardi, Concur, BI tools a plus) CPA preferred Why This Role Direct exposure to senior leadership and firm strategy Opportunity to build and scale processes in a growing platform Clear path to leadership within private equity Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage Access to Flexible Savings Account and Health Savings Account Generous paid time off programs including paid holidays, vacation, floating holidays and sick time 401k Retirement savings plan with 100% vesting on company match For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
