Job Description:
Senior Tax Attorney/Partner - no portable business required Our client is a top firm, seeking a senior tax attorney for its Taxation, Trusts & Estates practice in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco. The salary for this position will range between $300k to $525k. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in advising individuals and companies on the tax aspects of complex corporate and partnership transactions. Experience in strategic and private equity M&A transactions, domestic and international tax planning and structuring, private equity fund formation, capital markets, financings, and restructurings. Enjoys mentoring and collaborating across practices. LL.M. in Taxation preferred. Large law firm experience preferred [not required]. California bar admissions.
