As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team and drive our finance department to new heights.
Job Summary:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance (F&I) operations of our dealership. You will play a crucial role in maximizing profitability, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in automotive finance, strong leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success and growth of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Manage the finance and insurance department, overseeing the entire F&I process, including financing, leasing, and aftermarket products. Collaborate with sales managers to structure deals and secure financing options that meet customers' needs and maximize dealership profitability. Build and maintain relationships with lenders, ensuring competitive finance terms and optimizing approval rates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to automotive finance and insurance. Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in finance regulations, and new financing options, and implement necessary adjustments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Analyze finance data and generate reports to track departmental performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards within the finance department.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive finance, preferably in a management or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products, regulations, and industry practices. Proven track record of success in maximizing finance and insurance profitability while ensuring compliance. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in finance and accounting principles and software. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
