Full Job Description Accountint Manager Location:
Livermore, CA (100% onsite)
Pay:
$115-130K We are seeking a hands-on Accountint Manager with a well-established organization in Livermore. This role is fully onsite and requires someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger activities Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close Process invoices, payments, and journal entries accurately and efficiently Assist with financial reporting and audit support Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams
Required Qualifications:
Must have hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or SAP Business One- non-negotiable 5-7+ years of progressive experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Why This Role?
