We represent consumers across the state who have purchased defective vehicles and are committed to delivering exceptional legal representation with professionalism, efficiency, and results. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the firm's financial operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all accounting processes. This role is ideal for a proactive accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and is committed to supporting organizational growth through sound financial management. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. What You'll Do Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and reporting requirements Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions as needed Review accounting records and financial transactions for accuracy and completeness Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and operational efficiency Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the accounting department Support leadership with ad hoc financial reports, projects, and strategic initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Previous accounting experience within a law firm required Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience preparing financial statements, managing reconciliations, and overseeing accounting processes Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information Experience working in a legal, professional services, or corporate environment preferred Ability to commute to Los Angeles, CA 90048 Compensation & Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off (2-4 weeks) 15 paid holidays Annual company Contributions Life insurance Short-term disability insurance Long-term disability insurance Hospital indemnity insurance Pet insurance Free parking Opportunities for growth and advancement
