By joining the team, the successful candidate will benefit from: A diverse and inclusive international environment with strong global exposure Continuous learning and career development opportunities The chance to work on high-impact, strategic financial initiatives A culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence A healthy work-life balance Key responsibilities Act as a strategic finance partner, supporting business decisions through insights and analysis Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) ensuring accuracy and consistency Lead quarterly rolling forecasting processes, including financial and operational KPIs Monitor cost control, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions Develop investment proposals and business cases Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiencies in financial reporting Deliver data-driven presentations and reports to the CFO, Managing Director, and senior leadership Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial performance and streamline processes Support key projects such as staffing analysis, contract evaluations, and negotiations Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in mid level management finance role, preferably within port operations or the container/logistics industry. Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Python is an advantage. Solid knowledge of IFRS (mandatory). Experience with financial systems (e.g., IFS, Hyperion) is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into business insights. Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement. Experience supporting Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.

130,000.00 to 150,000.00

The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
