Sr.
Global Revenue & Cost Manager Location:
San Jose, CA This role oversees global revenue recognition and cost accounting, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting under
U.S. GAAP.
The position partners closely with Sales, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and global finance teams to support revenue, COGS, inventory, and gross margin reporting across worldwide operations. Key Responsibilities Lead global revenue recognition under ASC 606, including complex customer contracts, variable consideration, distributor arrangements, and cut-off. Oversee worldwide cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, variances, and gross margin analysis. Manage revenue and cost components of monthly, quarterly, and annual close; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses. Support SEC reporting, external audits, SOX controls, and FP&A forecasting and budgeting. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to understand cost drivers and improve forecast accuracy. Lead and maintain Oracle ERP and related systems supporting revenue and cost accounting. Manage and develop a global revenue and cost accounting team in the U.S. and Singapore. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required. 8-12 years of progressive accounting experience in a public company, preferably semiconductor or manufacturing. Deep expertise in ASC 606, inventory, and COGS accounting under
U.S. GAAP.
Strong Oracle ERP experience, particularly inventory and standard costing. Proven ability to lead global teams and partner cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
