LP Job Summary:
This role will lead a critical global initiative to significantly accelerate the annual financial planning process, condensing a lengthy cycle into a compressed, agile timeframe. You will be responsible for defining and executing robust program governance, standardizing complex finance processes, and ensuring seamless execution across diverse teams during a leadership transition. The ideal candidate will leverage their structured consulting background and FP&A expertise to drive efficiency and alignment without needing access to sensitive transactional data.
Key Responsibilities:
Accelerate the annual planning timeline from months to weeks. Coordinate macro-level corporate targets and regional operational inputs. Maintain program momentum during leadership changes. Map current and future state finance processes. Develop and implement standardized financial playbooks.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience managing large-scale financial planning programs. Ability to standardize complex FP&A processes. Strong executive communication and global stakeholder management.
Industry Experience:
Experience with Big Four consulting firms and a deep understanding of corporate finance rhythms such as annual operating plans and driver-based forecasting is highly preferred.
