Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and strategies within our organization. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail who can analyze business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across departments to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement or growth.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide actionable recommendations based on financial insights.
  • Lead the annual budget planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Perform variance analysis to track performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Support strategic initiatives by evaluating their financial impact and feasibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are integrated into operational plans.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and refine budget processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong expertise in managing annual budgets and variance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and refine budget processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across various levels and functions.
  • Proficiency in presenting complex financial data clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and policies.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on strategic planning.
