Accounting Manager Full time, Monday

• Friday $60,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience

OVERVIEW

ArcSine Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department in our Redding, California office. This role is responsible for managing financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, supervising accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Personnel management Health insurance and deferred compensation plan management Worker's compensation, liability, and other insurance management Workplace compliance Cash management Accounts payable/receivables Bank reconciliations Financial reporting and forecasting Tax preparation and consultation with CPA Job cost accounting Invoicing Assist with project management analysis and tracking Contracts review and compliance Workload forecasting Real estate asset management And other applicable tasks Experience with Deltek accounting software a plus, but not required

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a business-related course of study or equivalent experience

Interest in personal growth Ability to work independently and problem solve Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Good verbal and written communication skills Valid CA Driver's License (or ability to obtain) US Citizenship or Authorization to work in the US Ability to pass a background check
