Role Overview This is a highly visible Senior Finance Business Partner role supporting large-scale logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and supply chain operations . The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial planning , business performance analysis , investment evaluation , and strategic decision-making across a rapidly growing operation. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence decisions that directly impact operational efficiency, profitability, and future network expansion. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering & Strategic Finance Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to operations and functional leadership teams Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions Drive financial planning processes, including budgeting , forecasting , and long-range planning Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and business case development Performance Management & Analysis Monitor key business and operational performance metrics Deliver actionable analysis on financial and operational performance Identify opportunities for cost optimization , productivity improvements , and profitability enhancement Develop executive-level reporting and business reviews Investment & Growth Support Evaluate new investments, operational initiatives, and growth opportunities Build financial models to assess ROI , risks, and long-term value creation Support logistics network expansion and infrastructure investments Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with teams across Operations , Supply Chain , Logistics , Procurement , Commercial , and Finance Influence decision-making through data-driven analysis and business insights Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Candidate Profile Experience 5-15 years of experience in FP&A , Finance Business Partnering , Corporate Finance , or related finance functions Experience supporting large-scale operational businesses Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and decision support Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes Personal Attributes Commercially minded and business-oriented Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused Why Join Join a NASDAQ-listed global leader in technology, logistics, and supply chain innovation Partner with leaders responsible for large-scale operations serving both industrial and e-commerce customers Directly influence decisions across logistics , fulfillment , transportation , and network expansion High visibility with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and rapidly growing environment Strong long-term career development opportunities within a globally expanding organization Location Fontana, California, United States Working Model On-site Compensation Highly competitive and flexible , depending on experience and overall fit Work Authorization Candidates should have long-term unrestricted work authorization in the United States
