Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Accounting Leader to lead accounting operations for a multi-entity organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, audit coordination, compliance, internal controls, and team development. The Accounting Leader serves as a key business partner to operational leadership and executive management, ensuring accurate financial information and strong fiscal stewardship. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.
Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis.
Coordinate external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements.
Review key financial transactions and strengthen internal controls.
Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
