This position will oversee core accounting functions, ensure financial integrity, and lead process improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivableManage and execute the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesPrepare and review financial statements and internal reportsEnsure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policiesSupervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance feedbackDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyCoordinate audits and act as a primary liaison with external auditorsMonitor internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsPartner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
