We design, manufacture, and install custom storage solutions including closets, home offices, and garages. Our business is built on a strong reputation for quality, a consistent flow of inbound opportunities, and strategic partnerships with national retailers including Costco and Lowe's . We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a sales leader who can elevate performance across the organization. The Opportunity This is not a maintenance role. This is an opportunity to step into an established, high-volume business and drive meaningful revenue growth through improved sales execution, leadership, and accountability. You will lead a team of in-home sales professionals and help build a more disciplined, performance-driven sales culture. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales designers Drive consistency and accountability across the sales process Improve overall sales performance through stronger execution and follow-up Analyze pipeline activity and identify opportunities to increase conversion and revenue Partner with ownership to refine strategy and unlock growth What We're Looking For Proven experience leading sales teams and improving performance Background in home services, in-home sales, or high-ticket B2C environments preferred Strong coaching and leadership skills—you know how to get results through people Data-oriented mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment What Makes This Role Different Established, trusted brand with over 40 years in the market Strong inbound lead flow driven by partnerships with Costco and Lowe's Direct access to ownership and the ability to influence decisions A real opportunity to make a measurable impact on the business Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives aligned with revenue growth and team success.
